How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2 - 3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Pre-orders will be sent out as soon as products arrived at our HQ. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Which carrier do you use for shipping?
All orders will be sent out by Deutsche Post / DHL.

For track & trace please choose the tracking option while checking out (Insurance will be added automatically). A tracking number will be provided via Mail, as soon as your order is shipped out. For tracking your order please click here.
ATTENTION: There will be no tracking number provided if you choose the standard option. Therefore your order wont be insured or tracked.
Returns
